Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author Winter Travers is a devoted wife, mother, and aunt turned author who was born and raised in Wisconsin. After a brief stint in South Carolina following her heart to chase the man who is now her hubby, they retreated back up North to the changing seasons, and to the place they now call home.
Winter spends her days writing happily ever afters, and her nights being a karate mom hauling her son to practices and tournaments.. She also has an addiction to anything MC related, puppies, and baking.
Entertaining third story in the series that’s full of danger and suspense. The brothers are struggling to find their way in this still new club with leftover enemies. The romance between the quiet Rhino and the shy Petra is a slow-build love that’s quite different from the romance in the first two stories. I like that the author doesn’t just rehash the same in the romance and sex department. Each couple has their own path and speed to romance and unique sexy times. It’s going to be hard to beat the second story with the fabulous couple of Dyno and Fancy and I’m glad the author gave us something different. The thread of danger is continued from the previous stories with resolution to some mysteries and a new one that is a intro to the next story with new characters. This is a mild MC series with some brutality and danger but the guys treat their women like gold. No bunnies or hos, yet. But it looks like the brothers are venturing into a new business that’s more in the MC realm. The brothers are a mystery until it’s their time to be featured then you learn their backstory. Same goes for their love interest. The plot line’s not real solid and there are a few holes but the characters are especially interesting and there’s some humor throw in that kept it light in parts. The gal pals/ole ladies are hilarious as they take over the clubhouse and try to rule. The brothers are a good group just trying to live the life and love their women. Nothing to heavy. A quick, easy read with an interesting take on the MC life and the start of a new brotherhood.
