MY REVIEW:

Intense, twisty, suspenseful. An intriguing psychological thriller with a tortured heroine in Lizzie. Her past is still impacting her life in a negative way and seemingly is intersecting with her present as a killer is on the loose. Could it be the same evil that left her without a parent and her best friend all those years ago? Lizzie is a mess of nightmares and frazzled nerves and few resources to help her. I was biting my nails right along with her as a new man enters her life, people are dying, and her past is coming back to haunt her. Intensity is through the roof as the mystery continues but the identity of the green eyed stranger is not a mystery. Their connection is intense as the hunt in on for the person that’s tormenting Lizzie with her past. Black roses, bloody wounds, and a cop from years ago. This will have your on the edge of your seat as poor Lizzie relives her past and hopes her future doesn’t take the same path. Intense intrigue, heavy suspense and good mystery makes this worth the read.
