I just ended a successful rookie year with the Seattle Sockeyes. This season has been a lot of work, and I’m ready to play. On a whim, I buy an RV, intending to take to the wilderness with three of my teammates for little male bonding and a lot of drinking in front of a roaring campfire. What could possibly go wrong? It turns out, everything, including dealing with the know-it-all rule-follower in the campsite next to me and my absentee buddies. Boredom drives me to hangout with my unwelcoming neighbor, and I can’t stop thinking about how good she’d look naked next to me in that tiny RV bed.
That infuriating man and his arrogant attitude have my blood boiling. I’m supposed to review this campsite for my job and fill in as camp host, but I can’t concentrate. He’s constantly in my space begging to be entertained. To make matters worse, Andy and I have chemistry, the kind that wipes out all the bad stuff and makes me want the good stuff. How much would it hurt to have a few nights of fun with him? Most likely he’d move on and I’d get my heart broken, but when has that stopped me?
