MY REVIEW:
Fabulous start to a new sports romance series with hunky football players. Yum! I really like all the sexy athletes introduced in this story and their friendship, most from college and one newbie. First up is Lee the quarterback and team leader. I was so excited for Lee’s story and this new series after his brother’s story in the hockey series. If you’ve read it then you’ll know a lot of Lee’s painful backstory, if not you’ll get the details in this story. Lee is suffering from an injury and lucky him there’s a new trainer to get him back in playing form. But will he get a second chance with the beauty? He blew his chance with Shayna in college and now years later they are together again working for the same team. But even if Shayna forgave him there was a no fraternization policy. Is sneaking around in their future? I liked the connection and chemistry between Lee and Shayna that was sexy and sweet. Sometimes there was a level of maturity that was missing for me and I thought I was reading a college romance. Regardless, this was an easy read with terrific characters, a wonderful brotherhood, and a sexy romance. I loved Shayna’s bestie Bryce and can’t wait for her story with one of these hunks. I look forward to the next installment in the series with these football hotties and their love stories. Loved it!
