MY REVIEW:
What a finale not only to Conor and Star’s swoon-worthy romance but also the end of this spectacular series. The last chapter was equally heartbreaking and uplifting especially with the hint of things to come with the younger generation. I will miss these hunky O’Donnelly brothers and their lady loves until the next generation is ready to rush in. I loved Conor right from the start and he’s perfect for Star. Strong, sexy and crush-worthy yummy. What to say about Lodestar? First, she’s a terrific heroine. A true patriot, a fierce soldier, a master hacker, an honorary Sinner, a dangerous foe, and finally a sweet lover. The ways Conor healed her hurts was heart melting. To truly understand the magnificence of Star you need to read the Sinners MC series. That’s where my obsession with Lodestar began. This story tied up all the loose ends with tons of twists and turns, plenty of heartbreak and emotional overload, a few gruesome acts of torture, and a steamy romance. Of course, the brothers were all over the pages oozing their special form of alpha nests. Some of the best parts were the girl power parts between the sniper assassin gals, the O’Donnelly wives and the Sinners’ Ole Ladies. And then there are those fabulous kiddos. I can’t wait for their stories but you know what I would really like is Lena and Aidan Sr.’s story. A true love story that came through even with all the crazy cruelty. I’ll admit I was a bit teary eyed with the ending of this outstanding series. You know an author is a master when you live, breath and fall in love with her characters. These Five Pointers will be with me forever! The whole series is a must read. Loved it!
