“Was that fun for you?” My eyes narrow.

Jacob grins, and my cheeks heat even more. “Extremely.”

“I almost—” I press my lips together and glance around like someone might still hear me.

He lifts off the desk. “What did you do, Patience? Tell me.”

“You know…”

“I want to hear you say it.”

I swallow hard, dropping my voice to a whisper. “I almost came in the middle of class.”

Jacob hums, crossing the room. He cuts through the desks until he’s standing directly in front of mine. Planting his hands on the top, he leans forward, hovering over me.

“Now you know how I feel every second I’m around you.”

“That’s a little overdramatic.” I jut my chin up.

“Is it?” He lifts one hand to my throat, wrapping his fingers around it and rubbing his thumb along the line of my jaw. “Just thinking about you makes me want to cram my cock down this beautiful throat. And when your eyes are on me”—he leans in, breathing in the side of my neck as the toy starts to hum again—“you own my body when you look at me, Patience. You own my fucking soul.”

His eyes meet mine, and my heart skips. My breath catches. Because I don’t think he’s lying, even if it doesn’t make sense.

“Do you understand now? I’m not looking at anyone else. There is no one but you for me.”

I nod, pressing my lips together.

“You’re so pretty when you’re flushed.” His gaze drops to my mouth. “Do you want me to let you come, baby?”

“Please.”

Jacob smirks, his eyes flaring. “I love when you’re polite.”

He notches up the vibrations, and my eyes widen.

“Wait.” I grab his wrist. “We can’t do this here.”

“Why not?”

“Anyone could walk in.”

“It’s summer. Campus is empty, and there are no classes after this.” His smile turns wicked.

“Someone could come back. You could lose everything.”

He shrugs. “You’re worth the risk. Now come here.”
