Perfect is the word that best describes this terrific story that’s intense and dark and thrilling with excellent writing by one of my favorite authors. We met Dominic and London in the first book and you just knew their stories would be off the rails. And it is. Both have troubled pasts and dark secrets and some broken parts but they are just perfect for each other. When trouble arrives with a vengeance Dominic is the hero we all want. He’s fantastic! And London is just what he needs to help him deal with his demons. The slow build to their full sexual relationship creates a tension and excitement that’s palatable. And then the swooning begins as their love blooms into a beautiful perfect extension. The setting of a BDSM club lends an edgy and sexy element to the story and brings in fabulous secondary characters. With loads of heat and sexy characters and a suspenseful, exciting storyline this story is just perfect.
L.M. Halloran is an emotional delinquent and glutton for angst who gleefully takes her characters to hell and back. When she’s not reading or writing, the author enjoys walking barefoot, subjecting her husband to questionable recipes, and chasing her spirited toddler. She’s a rabid fan of coffee, moon-gazing, and small dogs that resemble Ewoks. Home is San Diego, CA, but her heart lives in Portland.
