❤️ My Review:This is a moody mysterious story with tons of melodrama and emotion but in the best way. Faith is a sweet, sympathetic character dealing with a health issue while trying to do the best job she can. Jude as the Good Samaritan is a mystery with what is perceived as a tragic past. As Faith and Jude’s paths cross several times, not all under pleasant circumstances, it leads to growing romantic feelings between the two. Jude is a swoon-worthy hero as a tortured soul looking for redemption while doing good deeds and protecting people that need his form of help. He wants to stay hidden but as his heroism grows the public and those he’s helped want to reward him. The author does a fantastic job of making you feel the pressure of Jude’s torment and his dilemma where Faith is concerned. This is a page turning read with a spectacular hero, a sweet heat romance and great secondary characters. Just terrific!currently lives on the southeastern coast of the U.S., enjoys long walks on the
beach, running, reading, people watching, and singing karaoke. If you’re in the
mood for some killer homemade mojitos, can’t recall the lyrics to a particular
80’s song, or just need to hang around a nonconformist who will do almost
anything for a laugh, she’s your girl.
