Motorcycle cops! Yum! What a thrilling scenario for this terrific new series by an author with such a unique writing style that is so wonderful and her storytelling with the unique characters she creates is a superb. I’m so excited for her new group of heroes and heroines with a little crossover with much loved Bear Bottom scene. I laughed my ass off at the beginning of this story with the group of hunks that are relegated to the new motorcycle patrol because of their less than stellar behavior and their response to their new assignment is hilarious. But then it gets serious with the issues of PTSD with former military hottie, Logan, and domestic abuse with the recovering, Katy who happens to be the police chief’s daughter. Her plight is so realistic and heartbreaking along with her past, but she resilient. The two are neighbors with sleeping problems and things get funny and sexy when they work together to overcome their issues. Of course, these two can’t stay out of trouble and her father steps in and it goes crazy. Or maybe not. Logan and Katy are so cute and funny and sizzling together. I loved them especially when Katy goes all badass on Logan’s evil ex and Logan’s protective side comes out for Katy. Fantastic! A spectacular start with this first story and I can’t wait for the next one.
