Five years looks good on the youngest Nash brother! Sober, sexy and after the girl he’s been jonesing over for a long time. If you’ve read the series you know about Fletcher past addictions and his tortured recovery that affected this close knit family. If not, you’ve missed out on the other fabulous brothers, their lovely women, and great storytelling. I’ve loved the enigma that is Ryan from her first appearance as Presley’s best friend in the first book. A little mysterious, super smart and gorgeous. She pops up throughout the series and it’s not a surprise that she’s paired with Fletcher in this last story. They have chemistry right from first sight and as Ryan’s story is revealed we find out she has more in common with Fletch that just their crazy hot attraction. After five years of not only no vices but also no sex Fletch is ready for some action when Ryan shows up in Fawn Hill with some baggage of her own.Both have issues to deal with and the question is whether their relationship is strong enough to get their happy ending. I knew that Fletcher’s story would be a heart twister and it’s all there. The continued struggle with his addictions and trying to overcome his past and build a life that he and his family can be proud of. The author does a terrific job of addressing the real fallout of addiction and the daily struggle it causes not only for the addict but family too. I love both of these characters but there’s something missing from this story for me. It’s a little predictable with some manufactured drama at the end and I missed the twin relationship between Fletcher and Forrest from the previous stories. Like the previous stories the steamy, sexy romance is there but Fletch wasn’t the hot Nash I expected. Just a little sad that this one didn’t wow me like the others. I did love the scenes with all the Nashes and their growing families and the great epilogue! I’m going to miss the hunky Nash brothers and all the fantastic characters this author gave us to enjoy throughout the series. I hope there are more stories from Fawn Hill with some of the interesting characters that popped up along the way like Grant. We need more Fawn Hill hotties!

I love books! I have been reading for as long as I can remember. I was the kid with the flashlight under the covers reading until the wee hours. Books were my refuge. I was delighted to discover tree climbing. I would take a book and climb to the top of a Mimosa tree and read for hours...and of course ignore my mother calling for me to do chores. I was committed to reading all of the Nancy Drew stories. Ned was my first book boyfriend. When I was in my early teens I discovered Harlequin romances. I feel in love and it changed my life. I was in love with Love ๐Ÿ’• Thatโ€™s something for a girl who hadnโ€™t been kissed yet. When I read โ€œhe thrust his throbbing member into her womanhoodโ€ I was lost to discovering more about this particular brand of romance. But I donโ€™t just enjoy romance reads. My father-in-law introduced me to the high fantasy genre and I loved it. When I bought my first Nook the world of books really took me by surprise. I was enthralled with all the available genres and to my delight I discovered erotica. In most cases, I was with family on visits to bookstores and you donโ€™t peruse those even if they carried them. Oh the shame of it! ;) Thanks to Nancy Drew I still enjoy mysteries along with romance, fantasy, erotica, paranormal, steampunk, thrillers, and well, most anything except a horror of a horror. My favorite might be romance suspense but itโ€™s hard for me to pick just one. I had a serious health issue a few years ago and was forced to quite working after building a career I could be proud of. It was devastating and depressing. I lost myself in books and now spend my days (and nights) reading. I am so appreciative of authors and the wonderful storytelling Iโ€™ve found in books. It takes me away from my troubles and introduces me into a world like no other. I love books!
