MY REVIEW:

I received this, dug it immediately and read it straight through. After the way Bene was left at the end of Beni’s story I had to know what happens to him. What a bad place he was in and the beginning of this book picks up where Beni”s left off. Bene’s lost without his twin and wouldn’t you know it it takes a beautiful woman to pull him out of his destructive spiral. That and a big brother to work his ass off. I was so glad to see Bene become a powerful Guzzi man along with a swoon-worthy hunk that’s so sexy. These Guzzi brothers treat women with respect while melting their panties off. Learned from the ultimate Guzzi man, Papa Gian. And lucky Vanna is the recipient of all that goodness. Sizzling chemistry between Bene and Vanna that’s hot! I was glad to see this story move back to the mafia world with a vendetta and a woman set to carry out her father’s edict. Vanna thinks she will use Bene but she didn’t know what she was getting into with a sexy Guzzi man. She soon learns that the family is not what she thought but the damage has been done. Can she stop it? When her deception is revealed it gets tense with the family. I love when all the family comes together in support. Whew, all those hot Guzzi men in one place along with their lovely women is awesome! There’s a surprise at the end but will it be enough to saves her from Marcus’ wrath? Ooh, a mad Marcus is so sexy! Poor Vanna. She gipped herself out of the warmth of Ma Cara and the respect of Papa Gian. Even with her misdirected views from her father I still liked her. She’s definitely a mafia gal with her sass and spunk and what a bad place she’s in with her horrible mafia family and that Mario. The ending was intense and I thought there were some loose ends but I expect they will be wrapped up in Marcus’ story. I can’t wait!
