MY REVIEW:
What a pair! Talk about enemies to lovers! I was ready to slap both Chelsea and Drew with their asinine bickering. When they finally figure out that their best friends were not so nice and their relationship took a romantic turn I was on board. I love this road trip series and the interesting developments that happened along the way. I like Drew from the beginning and even though he owned a tech company and seemed to have it together, sometimes he was clueless. Chelsea grew on me and I like her job as a book narrator. She was a smart cookie that had a bad rap thanks to her “best” friend. She took Drew to the mat during their fights. Chels and Drew turned out to be a terrific couple when they got to know each other and the romance took off. Sweet and sexy as the two raced across several states to stop a wedding. Their friends, Jimmy and Bianca were definitely a crazy couple. A few ups and downs but nothing too dramatic with our couple. Just some insane friends drama. Interesting characters that were not the norm. Not quite as good as the first book in the series but worth the read. I’m looking forward to the next installment after the teaser at the end. Fake boyfriend anyone? Bring on Levi and Willow!
