MY REVIEW: A terrific addition to this exciting series! A continuation of the ending to the last book with Queenie in the hospital and Gunner missing. You don’t have to read that one to enjoy this story. It’s self contained but you will miss out on the previous stories featuring the other brothers and their lovely old ladies. The zany old ladies and their banter, antics and Book Club are one of the best parts to this series. The Kings are still trying to get their MC off the ground and in the black. The plan to get Skinz, their strip club, is still on but takes a backseat as the club hunts for Gunner and supports Queenie as she heals. Love Queenie and her biker, Sledge. He’s so supportive and there for Queenie and anything she needs. Thus us not your typical MC club or series. Don’t expect a dark and gritty story but there is some danger, intrigue and mystery. Some things don’t make a lot of sense to me like the cop being referred to my her first name. And Quinn, the president, is a grouch and harsh to his sweet old lady Kimber at times. New characters were introduced along with one old one for the continuation of the series. This is a quick easy read with a quirky MC, sexy brothers and fabulous old ladies.
