ML Nystrom had stories in her head since she was a child. All sorts of stories of fantasy, romance, mystery and anything else that captured her interest. A voracious reader, she’s spent many hours devouring books; therefore, she found it only fitting she should write a few herself!

ML has spent most of my life as a performing musician and band instrument repair technician, but that doesn’t mean she’s pigeon-holed into one mold. She’s been a university professor, belly dancer, craftsperson, soap maker, singer, rock band artist, jewelry maker, lifeguard, swim coach, and whatever else she felt like exploring. As one of her students said to her once, “Life’s too short to ignore the opportunities.” She has no intention of ever stopping… so welcome to her story world. She hopes you enjoy it!

Another sexy Irish brother finds love! These hunky brothers with their Irish sayings and melt-your-heart goodness are terrific. I fell in love with this big, rowdy family in sister Eva’s story and was so happy they would get a series. This one features the quite giant Owen. He’s a bit of a mystery mostly because his live-out-loud brothers take center stage which leaves him in the background. Owen is steady, strong and always there for you. His speech condition made him even more problematic to understand since his voice is small. It’s all about his actions. This story didn’t catch me quite like Eva’s and Connor’s. I liked Melanie, Connor’s wife Beverly’s bestie. She’s a powerhouse that powered through Owen’s speech issue to see his goodness. Plus he’s a hot hunk with a huge build. Big guy, big heart. Always good to make you feel safe. And Mel need that at times because of her troubled past which still haunts her. Owen’s smitten with the smart, beautiful teacher right from the start but his insecurities keep him from pursuing more than friendship. When a one-night stand turns into a gift that keeps giving for Mel it seems that friendship is all that’s on the table. This is a slow build romance with a sweet, caring hero in Owen that’s always there for his dream woman to protect and defend. Mel is slow to recognize what she has in Owen but when she figures it out it’s heart-meltingly sexy and sweet. I did miss the MacAteer brothers in this story. Of course, Connor and his big family are heavily involved and they’re wonderful. Owen’s twin, Garrett, makes a few appearances setting up for the next story in the series. I loved the family atmosphere in the story with Bev’s kids that always kept in interesting and the new addition to the MacAteer family. I’m looking forward to the next installment in this series.
