MY REVIEW:
Sexy love, tons of mystery and a lot going on. This story is packed with content from the enticing poly relationship between tough as nails cop Charlie, swoon worthy college professor Trevor and sexy FBI agent Sean to the suspense and mystery of a serial killer to secrets and more secrets. The the wonderful family and friends and the small town atmosphere was terrific especially Charlie’s big family that suffered several losses recently. The main characters and throuple are fabulous as they meet up again ten years after Sean left town without a goodbye. The reason is a just one of the mysteries that plays out in the story and it didn’t seem like a good reason to me. Charlie and Trevor are the loves of his life! The second chance for this sexy trio is delicious and hot as they meet up again after so long. Yup, the heat is still there and the love too. The mystery of Charlie’s mother’s death is another element that plays out in the story along with the killer targeting the local college professors with a Shakespeare theme. It wasn’t to difficult to figure out who the killer was and it fell a little flat for me. It seemed like almost everyone in the story had a secret that was slowly revealed as the story progressed. There was a lot to keep up with and some elements were not be fully developed. I wanted more backstory on the delicious trio of lovers and the passionate moments that lead to their relationship. Overall it was an entertaining read with enticing characters and a wonderful family and friends atmosphere.
