I’m a stay at home mom that loves to read. Some of my favorite titles are Pride and Prejudice, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Horatio Hornblower. I started writing when I was trying to come up with suggestions on ways I could help bring in some extra money. I came up with the idea that I could donate plasma because you could earn an extra $500/month. My husband responded with, “No. Find something else. Write a blog. Write a book.” I didn’t think I had anything to share on blog that a thousand other mothers hadn’t already thought of. I decided to take his challenge seriously and sat down to write my first book, Jack. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed writing. From there, the stories continued to flow and I haven’t been able to stop. I hope my readers enjoy my books as much as I enjoy writing them. Between reading, writing, and taking care of three small kids, my days are quite full.

Finally we get Jack! I’ve been waiting for his story and hopefully a new love. Well, we get an old love that turns from a tremendous friendship into something more. As usually with this author and this series, the story is full of heart warming friendship and family, loads of humor, a hint of danger and a swoon-worthy romance. And a bit of anguish as Jack is still reeling from the loss of his wife and trying to move on for his young son. Shout out to Brody. I love this youngster with his energy and love for most everyone. In this small town nothing goes unnoticed and when an face from the past appears it’s not long before everyone knows. Christy left with a broken heart and after years away she back. Still with the broken heart and sone trauma from her job. Its intensely emotional when Christy deals with the aftermath and decides to move back home. But do her troubles follow her? With Sheriff Jack the danger could be because of him. It’s an emotional journey as Jack and Christy find their was back to each other with an added sensuality when they move pass friendship to a sexy love. The romance is heart melting, the friendship is full of laughs and support, and the town is a fabulous backdrop of craziness and love. I love this series and look forward to the next installment. Worth the read!

I love books! I have been reading for as long as I can remember. I was the kid with the flashlight under the covers reading until the wee hours. Books were my refuge. I was delighted to discover tree climbing. I would take a book and climb to the top of a Mimosa tree and read for hours...and of course ignore my mother calling for me to do chores. I was committed to reading all of the Nancy Drew stories. Ned was my first book boyfriend. When I was in my early teens I discovered Harlequin romances. I feel in love and it changed my life. I was in love with Love ๐Ÿ’• Thatโ€™s something for a girl who hadnโ€™t been kissed yet. When I read โ€œhe thrust his throbbing member into her womanhoodโ€ I was lost to discovering more about this particular brand of romance. But I donโ€™t just enjoy romance reads. My father-in-law introduced me to the high fantasy genre and I loved it. When I bought my first Nook the world of books really took me by surprise. I was enthralled with all the available genres and to my delight I discovered erotica. In most cases, I was with family on visits to bookstores and you donโ€™t peruse those even if they carried them. Oh the shame of it! ;) Thanks to Nancy Drew I still enjoy mysteries along with romance, fantasy, erotica, paranormal, steampunk, thrillers, and well, most anything except a horror of a horror. My favorite might be romance suspense but itโ€™s hard for me to pick just one. I had a serious health issue a few years ago and was forced to quite working after building a career I could be proud of. It was devastating and depressing. I lost myself in books and now spend my days (and nights) reading. I am so appreciative of authors and the wonderful storytelling Iโ€™ve found in books. It takes me away from my troubles and introduces me into a world like no other. I love books!
