MY REVIEW:
What a setup! An overworked businesswoman on the heels of a broken engagement and a sexy movie star! There’s a fairytale quality to this steamy romance when the wonderful Ava meets the dreamy Rafael. She’s on a long weekend vacation with a girlfriend after a hard break with her fiancΓ©. They land in a charming small town that’s a movie set with a heartthrob star. Ava just needs some downtime after working to much and dealing with her double crossing ex. A chance meeting between Ava and Rafael have sparks flying with an instant connection. It’s a steamy affair between the two but can it translate to the real world? There’s hurt feelings and tons of emotion in this sizzling romance with delicious characters. Worth the read!


Author and hopeless romantic, Ariana Rose, dabbles in all forms of contemporary romance. All of her novels do have one thing in common. Her heroes and heroines are as passionate about life and love as they are about each other.
A proud mother of two, she was born and raised in the Minneapolis area. She’s always been a storyteller and known to have a flair for the dramatic. Her daughter is just across the border finishing her college career and is a go to for all things graphic design. Her son is a busy middle schooler who loves all things penguins, science, gaming, cars and the weather. Ariana’s fur baby (a beagle/lab) can be found curled next to her while she writes unless chasing squirrels and finding puppy friends become a higher priority.
When Ariana is not writing, she can be found at the rink in a figure skating lesson, binge watching her favorite shows, screening an 80s movie she’s seen hundreds of times, exploring history or traveling to any of her current or new favorite places.
Ariana first published in August of 2018. Her Stone Series was the leaping point. It’s fourth installment will debut in October 2021. She has two novels in K. I love books! I have been reading for as long as I can remember. I was the kid with the flashlight under the covers reading until the wee hours. Books were my refuge. I was delighted to discover tree climbing. I would take a book and climb to the top of a Mimosa tree and read for hours...and of course ignore my mother calling for me to do chores. I was committed to reading all of the Nancy Drew stories. Ned was my first book boyfriend. When I was in my early teens I discovered Harlequin romances. I feel in love and it changed my life. I was in love with Love πŸ’• That’s something for a girl who hadn’t been kissed yet. When I read β€œhe thrust his throbbing member into her womanhood” I was lost to discovering more about this particular brand of romance. But I don’t just enjoy romance reads. My father-in-law introduced me to the high fantasy genre and I loved it. When I bought my first Nook the world of books really took me by surprise. I was enthralled with all the available genres and to my delight I discovered erotica. In most cases, I was with family on visits to bookstores and you don’t peruse those even if they carried them. Oh the shame of it! ;) Thanks to Nancy Drew I still enjoy mysteries along with romance, fantasy, erotica, paranormal, steampunk, thrillers, and well, most anything except a horror of a horror. My favorite might be romance suspense but it’s hard for me to pick just one. I had a serious health issue a few years ago and was forced to quite working after building a career I could be proud of. It was devastating and depressing. I lost myself in books and now spend my days (and nights) reading. I am so appreciative of authors and the wonderful storytelling I’ve found in books. It takes me away from my troubles and introduces me into a world like no other. I love books!
