MY REVIEW: So emotional! Iโm always ready to dive into a story by this talented author. Thereโs always a dominant alpha, a sexy beauty, an instant chemistry, tons of emotion, and a sizzling heat that melts your panties. This story has all that plus a trio of cuties. Those cuties are the daughters of Gemma, a widow in need of a new job and with one big secret. That painful secret is told in bits and pieces until toward the end when all is revealed. She encounters sexy businessman Kristoff when she interviews to be his admin and the heat is instant. He is a Billionaire King and friends with the hunky Ashford brothers which make a few appearances in the story. The brothers are the other Billionaire Kings and their stories are coming up and I canโt wait. Kristoff is a beast with trust issues and uses his admin for his sexual needs but Gemma is not comfortable with that scenario. A temporary arrangement works out when Kristoff refuses to let her go. And weโre off on a steamy journey where Gemma and Kristoff work and play together. Itโs hot and emotional with a delicious push pull with Kristoff wanting her to agree to his requirements and Gemma just wanting a normal relationship. I thought there would be some danger and action like most of the authorโs stories but nope. Just a sexy romance with tons of passion and sensual encounters between a hot as heck billionaire and a sexy single mom. The story was a little long for me with some repetition and the angst towards the end seemed off for an almost fifty year old man and a mid thirties mother. I was worn out with all the emotional drama by the end. I did love the epilogue. Good prequel to the Billionaire Kings and worth the read.
