MY REVIEW:
Wow! This author always delivers a compelling read with one-of-a-kind characters and this story is no exception. I was mesmerized from the intriguing prologue to the twists and turns to the swoon worthy romance and then the hit with that surprise ending. The back and forth was constructed in a way that did not pull me from the story, it was seamless storytelling and I loved getting to know Josie and Colten at every age. The love and devotion was ageless and that really came across. I loved Josie strength and smarts but at times I thought she was too hard on Colten and had a chokehold on her teen heartbreak. Colten was a fabulous hero at every age and his love for Josie was the stuff of dreams even when he was a little misdirected in his actions. The story took an unexpected turn toward the end that was surprising even though I knew there would be some twist. I can’t wait to see what this outstanding author comes up with for Colten and Josie in the next part of their love story. #truelove #mustread
