MY REVIEW:
Fabulous continuation of a sexy romance and thrilling suspense. Fast paced action, danger, mystery and intrigue as the story picks up where the last one left off with the everyone scrambling for safety. The team hunts for the bad guys and evidence to put them away while being sequestered in their hiding place. The hunky lawmen Marsh and Levi turn up the romance when real feelings and emotions develop. I really like these two together with their hot chemistry and sweet affection. Something about their relationship at times seemed at little more MF than MM but I went with it because Levi and Marsh are terrific. I will say for hardened lawmen they were ready to puke at the drop of a hat toward the end and I wasn’t buying it. Seemed out of character when for most of the book they were going full guns in a storyline with human trafficking, sex slavery, murder, betrayal and international fraud. Lots of moving parts, twists and turns as more bad guys are uncovered and the dream team sets up the chess board for the final sequence. The ending was a such a surprise and I can’t wait for the next part. Loved This one!
