Riveting ending to a bloody good mafia duet! A year has passed as Kostas hunts for his wife and the culprit that took her. He’s drowning in booze with the help of someone close that wants to see his downfall. What Kostas doesn’t know is that there’s more than just Talia to save. But who is Zoe’s baby daddy? And who has them? Kostas takes a brutal bloody path to find Talia at the same time Talia is try to escape and keep Zoe save. It doesn’t take long for Kostas to find them and then it’s a full on war and the bodies pile up as Kostas goes after the kidnappers. But then the worst happens and Kostas and Talia are devastated. There’s betrayal and backstabbing at every turn and the mafia king is cutting a savage path of destruction to end it once and for all. And right by his side is Talia as she transforms into his mafia queen and takes her own revenge. As a fierce duo, they take back what’s theirs and cut their enemies down in a violent fashion. Fast-paced action and cringe-worthy acts of revenge along with a steamy love story makes this an excellent mafia read. Great ending and epilogue. Now I’m ready for more of Phoenix. Talia’s brother is an intriguing hottie and needs his own story.
