Five minutes later Iโm on the back of a bike, arms loosely wrapped around this guyโs waist, roaring down the hill and towards Cullen town.I wonder where the fuck Iโm going.I also wonder what the fuck Iโm doing. But mostly? I just hang on for the ride.

MY REVIEW:
High school romance with a side of intrigue that’s set in the UK. I liked the feisty new girl in school, Ellie. A poor orphan on scholarship in the elite Cullen High that’s full of snobs that privilege cultivates. There’s some mystery with Ellie’s past that turns out to be a lot of drama for not much. Ellie attracts the attention of bad boy and newly posh, Cal. He’s a hot hunk that’s not afraid of his feelings for Ellie. Their romance is sweet and sexy as Cal draws Ellie out of her loneness and protects her. These two are terrific and when they take their relationship to the next level it sizzling. Hot, hard and passionate. Cal has a couple of interesting friends that have questions about the darker side of new Cullen that involves evil dudes and targeted girls. The four set out to solve the mystery around Ellie’s scholarship and the ‘fresh meat girls’ underbelly of Cullen. The first part of the story was a little slow for me with Ellie dealing with the school’s mean girls and boys, Cal fighting, literally and figuratively, and Ellie and Cal running hot and then cold. When the two settled into their relationship and the mystery intensified the story took off and was all in. Then the ending sets up for the continuation of the storyline. I look forward to the next installment.
