‘A story so full of steam, twists and turns and a love – hate relationship that will have you shouting at your kindle & swooning all over the place and then shouting again!!’
‘Becoming the Hitman is yet another knock you off your feet, blow you away, can’t put it down even if your life depends on it read in her Zanetti Famiglia series.’
Born in California, she met her now husband at the age of sixteen and married him at the age of twenty in 2004. After all of these years together, he’s still the love of her life.
Hayley’s husband joined the military and they lived in Oregon, where he was stationed with the US Coast Guard. They moved back to California in 2006, where they had two little boys. Recently, the four of them moved out to the Hill Country of Texas, where they adopted a new family member, a chocolate lab named Optimus Prime.
Most of Hayley’s days are spent taking care of her two boys, going to the baseball fields for practice, or helping them with homework. Her evenings are spent with her husband and her nights—those are spent creating alpha book boyfriends.
I confess…I have a thing for made men and their alpha ways. Yum! Renzo is definitely a made man and super alpha. Pure hotness as he finds his woman when in Ireland on business. It’s an insta experience and new for the confirmed bachelor but she’s the one. A sweet hairstylist with a painful past. Her sister just disappeared one day and Siobahn has been looking for her every since. A dirty business took her and that’s the business Renzo is getting answers to. The skin trade. A conniving partner has been lying about the women sent to the US for the famiglia. There’s twists and turns, one surprise that’s not a big stretch of the imagination, and drama with Renzo and Siobahn’s relationship. It’s a huge surprise for Siobahn when she learns what Renzo’s real job is. He whisked her away to the US to a new life and now the consequences are real. But there’s a bright spot at the end. This is an intriguing mafia story with a sizzling romance and hot sex. Renzo is a hard hitman that finds his match in the sweet Irish gal with a bit of fire. She just the right bit of soft to all his hard. I like this author writing and straight forward storytelling. Not a lot of angst and just enough emotion.
