MY REVIEW:
This is a terrific addition to this sexy sports romance series. I love this group of hunky hockey players with their loyalty and brotherhood. This story is all about hunky Max (one of my favorites) and after the ending of the last story I didn’t know how I would find him. Well, it’s not good. But he’s persevering and heading off for his brother’s wedding on a topical island. A sexy setting for a casual romance with a bridesmaid and it just so happens there’s a beauty ready for some action. I loved Kim, the sassy, smart lawyer in need of some downtime. Their connection was instant and the chemistry hot. Most of the story takes place on the island and I was a little sad that we didn’t see a lot of the Vipers. Max’s sexy brothers did make up for the lack of hockey gods. A group of hotties! There’s a bit of drama but it’s resolved in a good way and there’s some sadness as Max’s injuries causes a few issues. When one door closes another one opens and I loved the ending of this story. It’s a sexy, mature romance with wonderful family and the hockey family comes through in a big way. I loved it and I look forward to the next installment. Worth the read!
