I love these Gallo cousins! Right from the start with City/Joe and Suzy’s swoon worthy romance these Gallos just keeps giving. Giving those sexy vibes and fabulous family always. This generation is full of fire and sass and love as the cousins support each other in all things. I’ve been waiting on Luna’s story with her fire and wild ways, she a favorite of mine. That’s why I’m a little disappointed. Her fire wasn’t big like usual and the romance was a little bland. Nothing about Luna is bland. I thought she would be paired with another of my favorites, bartender and Walsh, Ian. I did like the switch up with another Walsh, Nevin. There wasn’t much about him in previous stories and he turned out to be such a swoony hero. A terrific brother and self sacrificing in a big way. I loved what he did for Ian. The romance was a bit of a rehash of twin sis Rosie and Dylan’s story with the Walsh backstory. The drama was fairly obvious but it did showcased all the fabulous Gallo men. Swoon! Some of the best parts were the interactions between the cousins. This crazy young hunks following in their fathers’ footsteps. And what a setup for the next story with Trace and his goof. I can’t wait. I hope we get an extended epilogue for Luna and Nevin because they deserve more in my opinion. While this wasn’t my favorite I’m always stoked for a Gallo read.
