Finally! We get ballsy Raelynn’s story and her swoon-worthy sidekick Austin in a surprise Vegas wedding setup. Sweet! Rae has been the in-your-face, fierce girlfriend of the group and her story is emotional and sexy. I love this group of girlfriends with their fabulous friendship, crazy antics, and fierce loyalty. Rae is the last of the group but she was always relationship challenged. The beauty wasn’t going to be tied down and forever love was for others. Her hunky best friend Austin has been there from the beginning. Always right by Rae’s side and looking out for her. Such a great guy but oh boy, was he hiding his dark side. I loved his transformation from sweet sidekick to alpha boss that makes Rae dance to his song. Hotness! How could Rae deny this hunk and her feelings? Silly woman. Toward the end of the story it took on a really emotional, angsty bent that was a little much for me as we went round and round with Rae’s denial and Austin’s hurt. So much sadness in Rae’s past that affected her present. Thankfully her mother was there to help with Rae’s hang ups and the girls were there with their love and support. I always enjoy this author’s super sexy romances with heartfelt, emotional storylines and outstanding characters. Her heroes are the best heart-throbbing studs. I’m sad this series is over but look forward to the next story from this talented author. Loved this one!
